In 2010, and with the help of dedicated donations from Germany and the Rotary Club Mombasa, a small outpatient clinic could be set up within the premises of the orphanage.  Not only the children of the orphanage, but also pregnant women, children, as well as adults from the region can benefit from the medical aid that is offered for a small payment. Basic examinations can be carried out in a laboratory, as especially Malaria testing sessions are frequently necessary.

The mother-child consultation (20 Cent/ consultation) is increasingly acknowledged by the population and it has been extended to also include a structured prenatal care program as well as family planning and vaccination consultations.
